Job Requirements
A successful candidate will have experience running waterfront and sailing operations and teaching programs. He or she will demonstrate good interpersonal skills and an ability to originate and promote programs that encourage CYC members to sail, improve their skills, and to bring new sailors into the region. We expect the candidate to have a US Sailing Level 1 or 2 certification. US Sailing Judge and/or Umpire certifications are a plus but not required.

This position, at times, requires extensive physical activity in all weather conditions. It regularly requires working weekends and extended hours.
