Customer Support Team
Our Customer Support Team is the face of our business and major advocate for our customers’ interests. Our team is excited about being on the water and solving problems. This attitude allows us to support our customers better than any other company in the industry. Working as a part of this team is reliant on exceptional attention-to-detail and a systematic and self directed approach to putting customers first. The most effective team members bring enthusiasm to their job and liaise between departments to help our whole company grow and improve. -We use a variety of channels to communicate efficiently with customers
-We assist our customers in myriad sales inquiries for all our products
-We all use our collective knowledge and experience with our company's resources to help our customers Own the Water

-We understand and improve our responses for any situation less than ideal for a customer, always
-We take ownership and pride in our systems for supporting customers

-We feed day to day experiences back into the company to improve our whole business
-We always listen when the customer speaks - we use their feedback to continuously improve their experience here every single day
