Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and fun coaches, with extensive racing backgrounds, who can challenge our race program. The coaches must be able to evaluate sailors and design tailored training plans to help sailors reach their potential. Coaches will be responsible for overseeing the logistical elements of the team and need the ability to work well with the sailors and parents to make the program run smoothly.

We have a great group of young sailors and extremely supportive parents. These sailors are very dedicated sailing all year round, in our high school teams. The sailing center, while extremely focused on excellence in instruction, is a very casual and environment.

The Baltimore County Sailing Center is a Community Sailing Organization in its 25th year of quality sailing and racing instruction. We are located in Rocky Point Park, 20 minutes East of Baltimore, and 50 minutes North of Annapolis. Our sailing venue is extraordinary with barrier islands, minimal current, steady breeze and few powerboats. BCSC is a vibrant and growing sailing community with large summer racing and adventure sailing programs, adult learn to sail programs, Special Olympics programs as well as youth outreach programs.
