Selden Mast has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Administrative/Sales Assistant to join our growing company. This person will have 2+ years administrative experience. Previous experience supporting a Sales department is preferred. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, organized, and has excellent people skills. Sailing knowledge is preferred but not required. Our goal is to have this person focus on our customers and provide them best possible customer service experience throughout the order process.
Enter daily orders for processing, check inventory/ warehouse for stock availability.
Provide customer follow up to various inquiries via email and phone calls.
Maintains general organization and order within the office environment.
Assist Shipper with daily UPS/Fed Ex shipping
Assists with marketing and distribution of marketing and boat show materials
Works independently and with the team on recurring and nonrecurring projects
Takes initiative and be a team player and assist Sales staff with other tasks as assigned
Demonstrate professionalism through quality of work, punctuality, attendance, attitude
Programs Used: Word, Outlook, Excel, Navision
