Job Description
The Administrator position supports all aspects of a very active, year-round waterfront team including Regatta Manager and Dockmaster Office. Applicants should be comfortable communicating in person as well as on phone/email with members and visiting yachtsmen. The role includes but is not limited to customer service, management of slip database and contracts, communication to slip holders and regatta participants and other regatta related administration. The position will liaise with other departments to communicate waterfront activities. The Administrator will have duties both in an office environment and on the waterfront.

1. Customer Service support for waterfront offices
2. Weekly/Monthly/Annual billing for waterfront programming including slip contracts and watercraft rentals
3. In conjunction with Dockmasters communicate on phone and/or in person with members and visiting yachtsmen to support transient and long-term docking needs
4. Assist with shoreside and on-the-water execution of regattas and race related programming
5. Support regatta manager with online process for all regattas, including registration, official race documents, and results
6. Maintain perpetual trophy, burgee, and artifact collections, and associated historical records
7. Contribute to weekly and monthly members newsletters and waterfront updates
Job Requirements
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Strong phone and email communication skills
MS Office Product knowledge
Ability to work some nights and weekends during busy season (April-Oct)
Must be able to lift 25lb
Knowledge of sail and/or powerboating a plus
