Job Description
Looking for a place where you can share your passion for our sport with other sailors? Does working on a small team of positive people who actually work well together to grow our business sound fun (it is!)? Well, we should talk, because West Coast Sailing is hiring!

We’re looking for a Customer Support Team Member to work with our customers to keep them on the water. Our staff has to draw from its extensive experience on the water, and be ready to share their knowledge with sailors of all backgrounds. Those duties include:

Communicating with customers via phone, email, texting, in-person, or at at events.
Using your sailing knowledge to assist our customers with products and expert advice.
Work with customers to resolve any issues they encounter.
Provide the best information to customers with prompt communication.
Help process any customer returns and exchanges.
Work within our warranty claim system to make sure our customers and our company are made whole.
Support our fulfillment team by providing occasional assistance during peak times.

Work Details:
Friday through Tuesday 8:30am to 5pm, including Saturdays and Sundays.
