Director of Yachting

This is a full-time position at Indian Harbor Yacht Club reporting to the General Manager. The Director of Yachting is responsible for promoting and increasing all sailing-based and water-based activities regarding adult instruction, adult racing, one-design and club owned fleets, regattas, motor boating and cruises. The Director will work closely with the -Director of Sailing, Marine Staff, Sailing Committee, Fleet Captain, Squadron Leaders, and Focus on Sailing Chair to ensure all goals of the Club from a sailing, motor boating and watersports standpoint are met. The Director of Yachting will be challenged with raising the level of sailing (from both a racing and a recreational standpoint), motorboating, and adult non-sailor participation.
