Job Description

The Beverly Yacht Club is seeking applications for the positions of 420 Race Coach and 420 Green Race Coach for our junior sailing program for the summer of 2021. Beverly Yacht Club, established in 1872 is one of the oldest yacht clubs in operation today and has a long history of strong racing and cruising that “promote yachting and good fellowship.” The junior sailing program serves to educate sailors from age 7-18 in all aspects of sportsmanship and seamanship which we cultivate through a variety of classes from learn-to-sail to competitive racing. We are seeking qualified individuals with strong leadership skills that can bring fun and creativity to our race programs. The ideal candidate would be a safety conscious seaman (or woman) who is looking to have a great time out on the waters of Buzzards Bay this summer while passing on a love of sailing to the next generation.
