The North Cove Yacht Club in Old Saybrook CT is seeking a sailing Instructor to provide daily instruction in 420s to junior sailors aged 8-15. The instructor will be responsible for preparing sailors for success on the water, including developing expertise in boat maintenance and care, rigging and tuning techniques for different conditions, and overall personal and boat safety. The instructor will have the opportunity for additional pay as racing coach at regional regattas.
Our junior sailing program runs 8 hours per day 8:30-4:30 for 7 weeks, from June 16 - Aug 1, 2025.
