Head Coach/Assistant Sailing Director

The SAYC Sailing Center is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Head Coach who is familiar with youth programs and can assist Sailing Director with everyday tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience competing and coaching in youth and/or college sailing and be eager to join an established and successful youth and adult sailing program. This position includes the opportunity to evolve, and the candidate will be an integral part of the leadership team through the transition into our brand-new Sailing Center in historic St. Augustine, FL.
