We are looking for an experienced C420 / Double Handed Race Coach. We have multiple double handed programs that run throughout the week.
Weekend Club Sailing - C420 / CFJ / 29er race team
Weekdays - High school sailing, our schools are currently in Gold Fleet PCISA, and have attended PCCs multiple years.

Job Description:
- Regatta and Team development
- Experience at travel events
- Training regimen and development planning
- Team Communication and debriefs
- Coordinating with head coach / Jr Director on long term and short term goals for the team
Our goal for our team is to compete at the highest level and to form a long lasting race team that will develop through the high performance pathway. Our group ranges in skill level, we are seeking to raise the skill floor as well as the ceiling.
