Pleon Yacht Club seeks C420 Head Coach
The purpose of Pleon is to involve young people in the sport of sailing in a fun, educational atmosphere. As a club with youth leadership and outstanding coaches, Pleon offers unique opportunities for personal growth in an environment that fosters confidence, independence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and life-long friendships.
Pleon is looking for an experienced coach who demonstrates knowledge and leadership to teach and advance a group of 420 sailors over different levels. An ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, has a passion for coaching sailing, and has a proven track record of success.
The C420 team will create its regatta schedule around the C420 Triple Crown schedule. Some travel will be required.
Housing Will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay is based on experience.
