The Venice Youth Boating Association is seeking a part-time enthusiastic, energetic, experienced C420 race team coach to finish out the 2025 season with the potential to continue on a year round basis. We have an established team of skippers and crew and a full regatta schedule to complete the 2025 sailing season. Must be 21 years of age or older, have at least a level 1 instructor cetification, with safe sport and CPR certifications. The coach is responsible for team practice Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays,instruction of other sailing classes when available, regatta preparation and travel, loading and unloading travel trailers, some boat maintenance, coaching and mentoring. We offer a competitive hourly wage. Travel to regattas including mileage, meals and housing is provided. Must be able to pass a FL Level 2 background check.
