Job Description
Chapoquoit Yacht Club (CYC) is seeking applications for sailing instructors for our Junior Sailing program for the summer of 2023. CYC is located in West Falmouth, Massachusetts on the east side of Buzzards Bay. This location provides quick access to smooth waters in the harbor and the reliable afternoon breezes of the Bay - ideal conditions for teaching all levels of sailing! The Junior Sailing Program aims to provide the foundation for a life-long love of sailing through teaching sailing skills, sportsmanship and competitive racing. CYC offers classes for students ages 6-18 in Optis, Beetle Cats and 420s. We are seeking qualified individuals who can help create and run a sailing program that is safe, fun and instructional. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is excited to teach students of all levels and experience.
