Club Manager and Youth Program Director

Position Summary

The Club Manager is an employee of the Eugene Yacht Club, and reports to the Club Board of

Trustees through the Commodore, who is, according to the Club Bylaws, responsible for the

day-to-day supervision (including employment, direction, evaluation, and discharge) or Club

employees. The Club Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of Club affairs.

Operational aspects include, but are not limited to:

- Assist the Board of Trustees and Club committees in all matters related to the Club

- serving as the Club’s day-to-day operational contact person

- coordinate the Club’s relationships with persons, organizations and governmental
