Dock Staff to Train for TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT for SAILING & POWERBOATING CLUB

Job description

• Learn to service our fleet by conducting oil changes, belt replacements, gel coat/fiberglass work, etc.. (paid training day one)

• Dock Concierge - assist members with dock lines during departure and arrival, along with briefing them on particular boat nuances

• Turn the boats - clean inside and out as they are returned by club members

• Assist other dock staff and captains as needed

• Must be friendly and professional - you will be representing the club to our members and their friends

• Able to work as a team player

• A self-starter who will seek out opportunities to help whenever possible

• Ability to prioritize

• Need a Positive Attitude

• Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, members, and customers

• Consistently on-time and dependable

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check if hired

• $20 – 30/hour starting wage
