The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Community Boating’s watercraft. This includes preemptive maintenance along with in season repairs due to wear and tear of regular operations. At times this may include emergency repairs as deemed necessary. This position will supervise the Fleet Maintenance Staff through daily repairs along with project management and other administrative duties associated with the day to day operations of the maintenance team.

- Inventory management
- Working with staff accountant on order tracking
- Supervision of projects and staff
- When necessary, assisting with repairs and projects
- Ensuring both the sailboat and powerboat fleets are in good working order
- Keeping gasoline and diesel stocks at appropriate levels
- Training of staff
- Receiving long term project and fleet goals from the Director and integrating them into the current workflow.
- Assist the Director of Auxiliary Services with facility projects as requested.
- Liaison with appropriate dealers and vendors as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the director
