The Annapolis Sailing School, founded in 1959, is the country’s oldest recreational sailing school. We offer a range of sailing experiences, from our KidShip programs on dinghies; to certifications in ASA 101, 103, 104 and beyond; to ongoing education and enjoyment with memberships in our KeelBoat Club. Located at the mouth of Back Creek, 1 mile by water from the Naval Academy, it offers great access to Chesapeake Bay. We are distinguished by our great fleet, great facilities and great employees. Our motto is “Seriously Fun”, which applies not only to how we teach students in a rigorous but relaxed manner, but also to the challenging but collegial environment we create for employees.
The Fleet & Marina Manager (FMM) is an important part of this team. This person will be responsible for the overall maintenance of 12 Rainbow 24’ keelboats; 5 30’-37’ keelboats with auxiliary power; 30+ dinghies of various types; 6 Power boats ranging from 16ft skiffs and ribs up to a 27ft Edgewater.
