Practice time typically includes practice three to four days a week, with additional duties including coach coordination and scheduling, lesson planning, and regatta travel planning. Running hosted events is done in coordination with the Executive Director with shared responsibility for event registration, volunteer coordination, scheduling, and running high quality, safe regattas.
