The WaterFront Center, located in Oyster Bay, New York, seeks talented, enthusiastic sailing instructors and coaches to teach and lead our Junior Summer Programs utilizing Optis, Hobies and 420s.
Candidates should be enthusiastic role models and educators for their students while upholding the safety policies and curriculum goals of the organization. Mutual respect and willingness to work with other staff is necessary as we aim to form a successful team over summer.
All staff must be willing to support each other and our customers beyond their specified roles in order to ensure the vitality of The WaterFront Center community.
Requirements include Valid CPR First Aid & AED Certifications, SafeSport Certification, US Sailing Level 1.
This is a ten-week full-time position beginning on June 19 through August 18, 2023.
