Junior Sailing Instructor

Looking for an awesome coaching opportunity for next summer? The Edgartown Yacht Club is looking for various head coaches for 2025 and beyond! The head positions we are looking to fill are:

-Explorers (ages 6-7)

- Skipper 1 and/or Skipper 2 (ages 8-10)

-Adventure 1 (ages 8-13)

-Adventure 2 (ages 13-17)

-Intro to 420 Race Team (ages 12-17)

Our sailors expect a professional coaching experience, with a thoughtful curriculum and well-executed practices which include both on and off-the-water learning for sailors. We hope to find professional sailing coaches with complementary lifestyles enabling potential long tenures in these positions.

This position is from June to August. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have at least a US Sailing Level 1 Certification, a Safesport Certification, and a qualifying CPR/First Aid certification.
