Job Description
The Annapolis Yacht Club is seeking instructors and coaches at all levels to join our competitive racing and learn to sail programs. AYC has its largest need for coaches during the summer program from mid June to August covering learn to sail and adventure boating through to nationally competitive racing teams, but AYC also has active Fall / Winter / Spring sailing programs for C420s, Lasers, and Optis.  AYC has a few year round positions available, many summer only positions, as well as guest coaching opportunities year round, so please send us your information, availability, and interest.

AYC and Annapolis broadly hosts a vibrant sailing community, and coaching in this program offers opportunities to network and meet sailors and participate in a wide range of sailing and boating activities.

In recent years, AYC has expanded its facilities to include a new Sailing Center building that hosts the junior sailing program with indoor and covered outside space for the teams when not on the water. AYC also has the required fleet of support boats and travel trucks and trailers of a world class Junior Sailing program.

Please send your sailing resume and a short paragraph on why you'd like to work for AYC and email to rlippincott@annapolisyc.org
