Job Description
 Lead Instructor
As a part-time summer Lead Instructor you will be a role model and teacher for youth sailors and other instructors. Lead Instructors will work with a specific age group (5-9, 10-12, or 13+) and will coordinate and assist other instructors on the water. Duties include but are not limited to writing lesson plans, driving a safety launch/Coach Boat, cleaning and repairing equipment, supervising students on the water and most importantly - keeping your students and fellow instructors safe. Lead Instructors may also assist the Sailing Director with administrative functions and planning.

As a part-time summer Sailing Instructor you will be a role model and teacher for youth sailors. Job Requirements
All Instructors must be US Sailing Level 1 Instructor Certified before starting in their role. Candidates will be required to complete First Aid, CPR, AED, SafeSport, and Heads Up certifications before the start of programs. Preference will be given to candidates with Sailing Instructor experience.

Lead Instructor Candidates must be over 18 and have Sailing Instructor experience.
