EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR
Bainbridge International is a worldwide converter of specialty marine textiles and fabrics and distributor to the marine industry. We have an opportunity in our sales and customer service department at our headquarters in Canton, Ma for a team oriented professional.
You will be responsible for processing orders from customers located primarily in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You will also be responsible for preparation of all Export documentation required for shipping. Export documents include: invoices, Bill of Lading, Shipper Export Declaration (SED), Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI), USMCA, custom declarations and tariff codes. Finally, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments with freight and logistics carriers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years similar work experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and possess good organizational and time management skills. An Associate Degree in business is preferred but not required. We are looking for a self motivated professional able to work on their own and part of a team, reporting to the local Sales Director.
