Macatawa Bay Junior Association, a 501 (c) 3 community sailing program located on the grounds of Macatawa Bay Yacht Club, Holland, Michigan seeks a credentialed, qualified coach for the Fall 2023 High School Racing Season.The coach will run practices for approximately 32 sailors from 4 area high schools on Tuesdays through Friday. The coach will also accompany teams to MISSA weekend regattas. Generally, there are no duties on Monday. Our coach will be assisted by our Director and Assistant Director who will provide administrative and logistical support.
Start date is discretionary. Duties can begin 8.14, but must begin 8.21. Duties end on 11.13. Additional employment may be available.
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. US Sailing Level 3 coaching certification preferred but not required.
