The Boat Locker is seeking a full-time or seasonal Operations Manager that will ensure efficient rigging, commissioning and delivery of boats. If you get excited about helping customers, staff and sailors like you learn more about the sailing world, then this position should be your calling! The ideal candidate would also be involved in invoicing, managing margins and costs, budgeting, and forecasting.
