Opti Race Team Coach, Portland Yacht Club

Portland Yacht Club, Falmouth, Maine, seeks a motivated Opti Race Team Coach. We are working hard to create a competitive program and have plans to support it going forward. This is a unique opportunity to help really grow a program/team.

This position will be fully supported by our new Program Director, and we are very excited to host a USODA event at our venue.

Classes are structured in 4 separate two-week sessions. PYC’s well-designed curriculum guides coaches while offering opportunity for innovations in instruction. Competitive salaries are offered and based on experience.

Portland Yacht Club is a short drive from the dynamic downtown Portland and has numerous after-work racing opportunities in Etchells, J24's and PHRF. PYC celebrated its 150th anniversary in April 2019. The Club's facilities provide outstanding water access for Optimist sailing. To apply please SEE HERE
