Pleon Yacht Club seeks Head Opti Race Coach
The purpose of Pleon is to involve young people in the sport of sailing in a fun, educational atmosphere. As a club with youth leadership and outstanding coaches, Pleon offers unique opportunities for personal growth in an environment that fosters confidence, independence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and life-long friendships.
Pleon is looking for an experienced coach who demonstrates knowledge and leadership to teach and advance a group of Opti Race sailors over different levels. An ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, has a passion for coaching sailing, and has a proven track record of success.
The Opti Race Team will travel to regional and National level evnets.
Housing Will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay is based on experience.
