• This is a year round position. Summer months are full-time. Off season is approximately 3-5 hours/week, possibly less.
• This is a people person's position. Manage a group of 8-12 sailing instructors. Interact with attendees, their parents, and SS board.
• Reporting to Nick Johnstone, Fleet General Manager, NEH SS Board, and Officers of the NEH Fleet.

• Our boats: 20 RS Terras, 8 RS Ventures, Turbo 420s in the youth program.
• Sailng School attendees: All Sailing School students must be members of the Northeast Harbor Fleet.
• Typiclal age range 6 yrs - 15 yrs.
• We run the following classes and age ranges: rowing (6-7 year olds), Learn to Sail in Ventures (8-10 yrs), Intermediate and Racing in Teras and 420s (11+).

 

• Salary Range: $30-35,000 commensurate with experience. Other incentives after one year of employment.
• Housing: Provided. Clifton Getaway, Clifton Dock, Northeast Harbor, Maine.
