Receptionist / Office Manager

Essential duties of the position:

Following is a high-level overview of the essential duties of this position:

• Greet and engage clients, vendors, and other walk-in visitors

• Manage and distribute incoming phone calls and promptly attend to voicemails left in the general voicemail box

• Process incoming and outgoing mail

• Maintain adequate levels of office supplies

• Scanning, filing, and organizing as required

• For service department:

• Engage clients in basic description of Quantum Sail’s service and repair

• Enter incoming service jobs into Quantum’s Enterprise System (QES) and tag each item for service/repair

• Assist Loft Service Manager with client notifications and sail pick-ups

• For finance department:

• Process client payments

• Assist with local collections

• Data entry
