Simmons Boatworks is seeking a Regatta Support Specialist to add to our team. As one of the largest small sailboat retailers in the U.S., Simmons Boatworks attends as many youth regattas as possible each year. We are a small team of avid sailors that love to grow the sport and provide the highest level of service to youth sailors.
This position will be based in Miami Florida but will spend a significant portion of the time traveling to attending youth sailing events.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site assistance and support for the charter fleet and sales, primarily focusing on Optimist, ILCA, and C420.
- Setup and breakdown of retail parts and accessories.
- Collaborate with regatta officials.
- Manage order deliveries to regattas.
- Track inventory levels of parts and accessories.
- Maintenance of charter fleet and transport boats when required.
- Take responsibility of new boat delivery commissioning.
