Sailing Director and Race Coach

This job is at Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club, located on scenic Meydenbauer Bay on the east side of Lake Washington in the Greater Seattle area, specifically in Bellevue, WA.

Our Program, MBYC Youth Sailing, was created by MBYC sailor members, who had a desire to teach young kids how to sail and hopefully move on to become future instructors and competitive sailors. Our first classes began in 1996 with 6 Optis, 1 tender, and 1 instructor. Today, in 2023, our 28th season, we have 27 sailboats, 6 tenders, and up to 25 instructors during our Summer training and race classes and our Spring and Fall Race Team and Developmental Race Classes.  To learn more and apply please see FULL JOB AD HERE
