Job Description
The Niantic Bay Sailing Academy is searching for experienced Optimist/RS Feva and 420 Coaches/Instructors for beginners and racers. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, organized and be able to connect with kids and their parents. This is a nine week position beginning roughly the week of June 15, 2022. The NBSA sails out of the Niantic Bay Yacht Club in Niantic, CT. We participate in local Eastern CT events as well as regional regattas such as the New England Championships. There are a total of 90 or so students and 6 coaches/intructors. Housing can be provided and pay is commensurate with experience. Individuals must be US Sailing level 1 and CPR/First Aid certified.
