Pleasant Bay Community Boating is a non-profit organization that offers boating, marine education, and environmental stewardship opportunities. We are dedicated to serving all members of the community including those with physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities, as well as under-served communities. We offer youth and adult sailing lessons, community outreach sailing experiences, marine science camps and hands-on activities, and boat rentals. Our fleet includes Flying Scots, Sunfish, 420’s, Catboats, Kayaks, Lasers, Opti’s, and a solar-powered floating classroom.
PBCB is looking for qualified sailors to teach a variety of classes. Our Sailing Instructors will be confident with the sailboats they're teaching on, hold safety as a top priority, and act as role models for young sailors. Our organization will rent a property to house staff for the summer, so we will have a limited number of housing-inclusive slots available. Please indicate in your application whether you require housing.
