At Boston Harbor Sailing, our mission is to afford the opportunity for anyone to explore New England’s Coastal Waters by sail, through education and equal opportunity, while upholding the principles of a responsible, climate resilient, member of the Boston Community. We’re Boston’s longest running ocean sailing school and membership club, under new management for the first time in our 49 year history! We’re seeking sailing instructors of all abilities to join our team. Whether you’ve taught beginner daysailing, or advanced cruising, come join a terrific opportunity and play a critical role on our team! Each of these jobs include classroom and on-the-water sessions to a variety of ages. Part-time, full time, weekday evening, and weekend positions are available.

You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive staff eager to transform an old club into a dynamic exciting sailing school. Compensation includes competitive wages, free staff gear, and opportunities to sail our cruising fleet all over the region!

Prospective candidates need to be reliable, motivated and possess solid teaching skills. ASA certifications, USCG licenses are always a plus

Job Requirements
Past expertise teaching sailing, professional and cheerful always, ability to be flexible and a good attitude in challenging situations are a must.
