The Key West Community Sailing Center, located in the heart of beautiful Key West, Florida, is seeking a full time Program Director. The candidate should be a leader who is highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

This is a multifaceted position. The Program Director will be involved in shaping the programming for both youth and adults. The position includes group instruction, coaching, private lessons, general fleet oversight, clinics, regattas and scheduling and supervision of other instructors.
