Come join the SailMaine team and share your passion for sailing with kids on Casco Bay! The SailMaine Race Program’s focus is aimed at teaching racing skills to 12-17 year olds on Optimists and Club 420s. We are looking for instructors who are enthusiastic, reliable, professional, and enjoy being part of a team. The season begins mid June and ends mid/late August, with opportunities to continue employment. Race team coaches will travel to regattas with sailors and sometimes work on weekends for special regattas.
