Sales Associate / Shop Support – Annapolis, MD

US ONE-DESIGN is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate / Shop Support team member to join our growing Annapolis, Maryland location. We are a fast-growing, fun business in a great location and are ideally looking for someone available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

You’ll assist customers with gear and equipment purchases, support boat sales, and help keep the shop running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in sailing and looking to gain experience in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and via phone/email with gear, parts, boats, and equipment purchases
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked shop environment
• Receive, unpack, and help manage incoming inventory and shipments
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Provide general support for day-to-day shop operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to lift and move gear/boxes as needed
• Interest in sailing is a plus, but dinghy sailing experience is not required for someone who is responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn

Bonus Skills

• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with sailing gear and equipment
