Job Description

The Sandy Bay Sailing Program located in beautiful Rockport, MA is seeking a seasoned Program Director for the 2024 season.
 
This is a full-time, on-site position from mid-June to late August, with part-time responsibilities year-round that can be executed remotely. The Sandy Bay Program is a 501(c)3 program that teaches over 150 students per year in all levels of sailing, from learn-to-sail to competitive youth racing.
Prior Program Director experience is strongly preferred. US Sailing Level 2 Certification is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.


Salary is very competitive with seasonal Program Director positions. Seasonal housing may be offered.

 
Job Requirements
The Program Director is responsible for the daily management of the program, supervision of staff, implementation of curriculum and budget, and communication with parents. The Program Director works closely with our Board to oversee all elements of the Program to succeed and grow the program in the community.
