Encinal Yacht Club, located in the iconic San Francisco Bay Area is looking for a Summer Coaches for our rapidly expanding and highly diverse youth program. Our Fleets include Optis, FJ's, C420's, Lasers and J/22's, with sailors from all ages and ability levels. Applicants interested should have considerable sailing and coaching experience, be passionate about the sport of sailing, have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to mentor younger instructors.
Start date is Late May, 2021.
