Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, located on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts is searching for a Sailing Program Director to oversee and advance our 2023 summer sailing programs.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, organized, hands-on professional with a combination of teaching, managerial, sailing and communication skills to supervise and coordinate instructors, race coaches and all sailing activities. Programs include all levels of junior and adult sailing instruction, and junior and adult racing in the Club’s fleet of Optis, 420’s, Lasers, Sonars, Herreshoff 12-1/2's, O’Pen BICs and windsurfers. Instructional programs range from pre-sailing 6-7 year-olds through competitive race teams and adult sailing.
