Job Description

 This individual will enjoy spending May-September managing the waterfront at Prouts Neck Yacht Club (see website), located in beautiful Prouts Neck (Scarborough), Maine. 
 
 You will work closely with our sailing director and manage the mooring field (90), dock, launch service, 5 boats ranging from an Old Port launch to coach boats and waterfront staff. 
 
Generous seasonal compensation package includes medical and potentially housing, as needed.  You will report directly to the Prouts Neck Community General Manager. 
 
Job Requirements
First and foremost you will need to be 100% comfortable on the water operating the launch and coach boats. You will need to have the administrative and management skills needed to schedule, hire and manage staff and maintain the waterfront operation. Lastly it is important that you enjoy interacting and supporting the membership and children who flock to PNYC.

PNYC will pay for any needed USCG license requirements should you not have them already.
