Position Summary:

The Waterfront Director is part of the Program Management Team which consists of the Racquet Sports Director, Fitness Director, Bowling Director, Pool Director, Head Swim Coach, Day Camp Director. The team works to continually upgrade the Club’s world class adult and children’s programs. These Program Managers report directly to the Executive Fun Director, who assists each manager to achieve the results desired. The Waterfront Director specifically oversees all sailing activities (junior and adult). Other responsibilities include managing the boat rental and aquatics equipment rentals. In the offseason winter months, the Waterfront Director manages repairs on all sailing assets and the Marine Activity Center Facility. The position oversees the Trap Shooting activities at the MAC in the winter months. The Waterfront Director is also part of the Sailing Committee.
